| Sugarwater 1:2 | 200 gr |
| Fresh Lime Juice | 80 gr |
| Fresh Yuzu juice | 60 gr |
| Fresh Huacatay | 6 gr |
Wash the Huacatay in cold water before usage
Press the lime juice and fine strain through a sieve
Combine all ingredients and vacume seal
Infuse cold and vacuum for 8 hours
After 8 hours of infusion pour the liquid through a fine sieve
Add the liquid to a slushy machine with a temperature of -20 degrees
After 2 hours the Frozen Margarita has the right consistency and is ready to serve

Take a frozen tumbler from the freezer
Fill the glass until the rim with 125 ml Frozen Margarita
Decorate with fresh huacatay and lime zest
