Botan & Tonic

This recipe serves 1 drink

Botan Juniper Garden 40 ml
Premium tonic 100 ml
Fresh lime juice 10 ml
Fresh Greek basil leaves 2x
Arbequina olive oil 3 drops
Lime zest  
  • Press the fresh lime juice and fine strain through a fine sieve before usage

  • Build the ingredients over ice cubes in a long drink 

  • Stir gently in the glass to combine the Botan with the Tonic

  • Decorate with lime zest, Greek basil, and Arbequina olive oil

This recipe serves 1 drink

Botan Pine Haze 40 ml
Sugarwater 1:2 30 ml
Fresh lime juice 25 ml
Fresh basil 6 leaves
Greek basil tops 1
Lime zest  
  • Press the fresh lime juice and fine strain through a fine sieve before usage

  • Wash the basil leaves and dry before usage

  • Combine all ingredients including the basil and shake hard with ice

  • Fill a tumbler glass with ice cubes

  • Fine strain the cocktail directly in the tumbler glass over ice

  • Decorate with Greek basil tops & lime zest

Botan Citrus Spice 30 gr
Toschi almond sugar 10 gr
Sugarwater 1:2 30 gr
High quality yuzu juice 20 gr
Premium soda 50 gr
  • Strain the Yuzu juice through a fine sieve before usage

  • Whisk the almond sugar with a spoon through the liquids

  • Build the ingredients over ice cubes in a long drink glass

  • Stir gently in the glass to combine all ingredients

  • Decorate with a green shiso leave and a Botan branded lemon peel

Sugar water 1:2 20 ml
Fresh lime juice 10 ml
Premium Ginger ale 100 ml
Fresh bayleaf 3x

Rose - Verbena

This recipe serves 10 drinks

Botan Juniper Garden 115 gr
Still Water 1150 gr
Belvoir elderflower cordial 135 gr
High quality rose water 10 gr
Fresh lemon juice 90 gr
Fresh lemon verbena 20 gr
Amalfi lemon zest 15 gr
  • Strain the fresh lime juice through a fine sieve before usage

  • Wash the lemon and remove the zest with a citrus peeler

  • Combine all the ingredients and vacuum infuse for 10 hours

  • Strain through a fine sieve and store cold

  • Pour per serve 150 ml Botan iced tea in a longdrink with ice cubes

  • Decorate with Amalfi Lemon zest and fresh verbena leaves

Rose - Verbena

This recipe serves 10 drinks

Botan Citrus Spice 125 gr
Still Water 1200 gr
Sugar water 1:2 125 gr
High quality Japanese yuzu juice 50 gr
High quality Japanese Gen Maicha tea 8 gr
  • Strain the yuzu juice through a fine sieve before usage

  • Combine all the ingredients and vacuum infuse for 10 hours

  • Strain through a cheesecloth and store cold

  • Pour per serve 150 ml Botan iced tea in a long drink with ice cubes

  • Decorate with fresh agastache leaves
